iQ Credit Union is monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak in the Pacific Northwest and is taking steps to ensure the health and safety of our members and staff.  

All of our locations and our Member Contact Center are currently open with normal hours. If that changes for any reason, we will post an announcement on our website and in our social channels. In addition, if you are impacted by COVID-19 and in need of financial assistance, please reach out—we have options to support you.

Event Cancellations

iQ’s annual Meet & Greet previously scheduled for April 9, 2020, has been canceled. Our annual report and committee reports are currently available online. Election results will be posted at iQcu.com on April 9, along with a short video highlighting our financial results. Members are encouraged to reach out via email or phone with any questions they have for a direct response by either our Board or executive leadership.
