Ridgefield, WA – July 18, 2025 — iQ Credit Union officially opened the doors to its brand-new Ridgefield branch today, marking the occasion with a celebratory ribbon‑cutting ceremony and community event at 5304 Pioneer Street. While the branch began serving members on June 23, today's grand opening brought together local leaders, iQ staff, and community members for tours, refreshments, and a closer look at the upgraded space.
The new branch features dual drive‑up lanes, a drive‑up ATM, EV charging stations, expanded parking, and a bright, welcoming interior—all designed with convenience and accessibility in mind.
iQ also continues to do what it does best: supporting their local community. Members are invited to stop by and vote for one of three local nonprofits that make a big impact for kids and families in the Ridgefield community: Ridgefield Public Schools Foundation, Ridgefield Lions Club and Friends of Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge. Members can vote for their favorite nonprofit by visiting the branch until the end of August. iQ will donate $3,000 to the organization with the most member votes and $1,000 to the remaining two organizations. It’s just one more way iQ continues to create a positive local impact beyond banking.
Grand opening highlights:
- Remarks from iQ’s Ali Migaki, Justin Whitman and Ridgefield Mayor Matt Cole
- Ribbon-cutting ceremony and guided tours
- Light refreshments and community engagement
- On-site voting for local nonprofits
