Credit union ranks 29th among mid-sized employers in The Oregonian’s 2026 Top Workplaces survey, based entirely on employee feedback

VANCOUVER, Wash. — iQ Credit Union has been named one of The Oregonian's 2026 Oregon Top Workplaces, ranking 29th among mid-sized employers. The employee-driven recognition marks the 11th consecutive year iQ has earned a place on the list, reflecting the credit union's ongoing commitment to building a workplace where employees can grow, contribute and make an impact. iQ was among 102 organizations recognized through this year's Oregon Top Workplaces program.

In addition to being named an Oregon Top Workplace, iQ earned six Culture Excellence and Industry Awards, including recognition for work-life flexibility, employee appreciation, compensation and benefits, professional development, employee well-being and excellence within the financial services industry.

The Top Workplaces program, produced in partnership with Energage, is based entirely on employee feedback rather than nominations or company-submitted materials. This year's results reflect responses from 91% of iQ employees, gathered through a confidential survey measuring leadership, communication, growth opportunities, alignment, wellbeing and culture.

"Our people are what make iQ special," said Kari Stansberry, Chief Administrative Officer at iQ Credit Union. "This recognition reflects the culture we've built together, one where employees feel valued, supported and connected to a larger purpose. It means the most because it comes directly from the people who live it every day."

iQ now employs more than 319 team members across the Pacific Northwest and beyond, serving more than 107,000 members through financial services, education and community investment. Employees have access to professional development opportunities, paid volunteer time, wellness resources and comprehensive benefits — investments the credit union says pay off in both member experience and community impact.
