Branch lobby visits by appointment only, drive-up locations and ATMs available
As the situation with COVID-19 in the Pacific Northwest continues to develop, our team is ready and standing by to support you—our valued member.
Nothing is more important than the health and safety of you our members and our staff, so we continue to take precautions to balance the health and well-being of all. With that in mind, we are moving all of our branch operations to drive-up only effective March 19th. In the days ahead, we will continue to review the situation as it evolves and plan to re-open all branch lobbies when it is deemed safe to do so. Click here to find daily updates and the drive-up location closest to you.
In addition to iQ’s ATM network and digital banking options, we’re also offering a variety of programs to help members who may be financially impacted, including skip payment options and a low-interest Emergency Relief Loan. If you are financially impacted, please reach out so we can find the best solution for you.
These are fluid times and the look and feel of our service is adjusting while we adapt our operations and business to best serve you. We are reallocating our retail staff to different positions within the credit union to continue to provide support to our members.
As a reminder and to reassure peace of mind, the NCUA federally insures all iQ Credit Union deposit accounts (such as checking and savings) up to $250,000.
We have been supporting this community for nearly 80 years and this is not changing, we continue to be here for you. Check-in frequently at iQcu.com and watch our social channels for the most up-to-date details on what actions iQ Credit Union is taking to support you.
