iQ Credit Union Hires Human Resources Manager
VANCOUVER, Washington (October 20, 2017) — iQ Credit Union, announced today
that Shelan Stritzke will join the iQ team as the new Human Resources Manager. In this role, Stritzke will oversee the human resources policies and programs from recruiting and new hire onboarding to employee benefits and performance management.

With more than eight years of employment, recruiting and human resources experience with five of those years specifically within the credit union industry, Stritzke is a seasoned professional and knowledgeable expert. Stritzke earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Pacific University and has since obtained several notable HR certifications such as the Society for Human Resources Management’s Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) Certification and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification.
